An engineer, passionate about deep technologies and data mining, Pascal joined Avolta in 2013. Pascal has played a key part in developing Avolta’s expertise in software and deeptech industries, participating in more than 40 M&A, LBO and fundraising deals. Key M&A transactions in these sectors include the sale of RTFKT to Nike (Web3), the sale of Lumi THD to Bouygues (AI) and the sale of Anytime to Orange (fintech). Pascal has also completed numerous major fundraising deals in this area, such as Opendatasoft (AI – €21m Series B), Unseenlabs (deeptech – €20m Series B), Qarnot Computing (deeptech – €6m Series B) and FundsDLT (Web3 – €25m Series A).
Prior to joining Avolta, Pascal worked as a Financial Analyst in the internal audit department at Société Générale. He also co-founded a life science startup backed by Seventure Partners in 2015. Outside of work, Pascal is a professional pianist and beatmaker. He is involved in a dozen artist’s projects as a music producer and arranger, mostly centred around jazz and hip-hop in the US and France. Pascal holds two master’s degrees in Computer Sciences and Corporate Finance from EISTI Engineering School and GEM Business School.
