Arthur Porré

Founding Partner

Sector(s)

Growing up in a family of tech and food entrepreneurs, Arthur co-founded Avolta at the age of 23, fresh off the completion of his Master in Management at ESCP Business School. Having gained previous M&A experience at BNP CIB in Paris and at the strategy department of New York-based software company Emailvision, Arthur teamed up with co-founder Philippe in 2012. Initially assisting Philippe in advising on a few deals for friends, when Patrick joined shortly after as a third co-founder, the trio decided to formalise the business. Prioritising a shared entrepreneurial spirit above their banking background, Avolta was born. Although the tech industry in Europe, particularly in France, was still in its infancy, they sensed that the digitalisation of the economy would soon take off — and the market would require experts to facilitate its growth.

Arthur’s particular expertise is in the software, fintech and proptech industries, though he has helped expand Avolta’s expert advisory across deeptech, sustainability, Web3 and more. With a significant growth in deals size too, Avolta transactions now range from €10m to €300m in Enterprise Value. Arthur credits Avolta’s fast establishment as leaders in Europe to the recruitment of talented individuals, a commitment to excellence and attention to detail, and the trust of their clients.
