Avolta Associate Victor has a strong background in financial analysis, beginning his career at Société Générale’s General Inspection and then working with the investment team at Groupe Artémis. Victor joined Avolta in 2020, with a special interest in advising tech founders on their development strategy. He has worked on more than 10 closed transactions, with an M&A track record that includes Raizers (sold to Empruntis x Bridgepoint), Habiteo (sold to Bien’ici) and Nexylan (sold to TWS). Victor has also raised funds for several impact-focused companies, such as Invers ($15m series A) and Instant System ($10m series A). Victor graduated from Arts et Métiers and holds a Master in Finance from ESSEC Business School, specialised in Corporate Finance. In his spare time, Victor enjoys spearfishing, sailing and diving.
