Sébastien Delattre

Partner

Sébastien brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of advisory, investing and operating roles within the technology sector. He has advised founders, private equity firms and corporates on more than 40 transactions representing in excess of €4bn in enterprise value, with a particular focus on mid-market software and technology-enabled businesses.

He began his investment banking career at Deloitte in Paris before spending six years at Stella EOC (now Houlihan Lokey) in Stockholm and later joining Lincoln International in Paris. During this time, he has originated and executed M&A and financing transactions across the European technology sector, with experience spanning multiple markets and regular exposure to North American buyers and investors.

Selected transaction experience includes the sale of Equativ to Bridgepoint, Brightstep to Accenture, Actito to QNTM Group (Altor Equity) and Webnode to team.blue, as well as advising Secure-IC on its growth financing and the acquisition of Puzzel by Marlin Equity.

Sébastien also brings investor and operational perspective. Most recently, he was with Turn/River Capital, a San Francisco–based B2B software investor where he contributed to sourcing and supporting investments while helping build the firm’s presence in Europe. He later founded an independent advisory and investment platform, working closely with software companies and their investors on value creation initiatives across product, go-to-market and international expansion.

At Avolta, Sébastien will focus on advising founders, management teams, investors and corporates on transactions across the technology sector, with a focus on B2B software and technology services.
