Pierre-Alexandre is Vice President at Avolta.He began his career in London at DC Advisory, in the TMT team, before returning to Paris to pursue an entrepreneurial path as an independent M&A advisor. He has advised European technology companies and their shareholders on strategic transactions, with a particular focus on B2B software and deeptech businesses.Pierre-Alexandre recently advised the shareholders of Afidium on its combination with Travelsoft, a leading TravelTech software group. He also advised the shareholders of Hyperlex on its sale to DiliTrust and Providence Equity Partners on its acquisition of Node4.Alongside his advisory work, Pierre-Alexandre lectures at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, where he teaches an elective covering Tech M&A, Growth Equity and Venture Capital. He holds a degree from the same university, having graduated from the Magistère Banque Finance.Pierre-Alexandre is also passionate about motorsport and fencing.
