Mehdy joined Avolta in 2022 as an M&A and fundraising analyst, after completing his end-of-study internship. Avolta has proven to be the perfect place to combine his tech background and corporate finance experience (Natixis Partners, Motion Equity Partners and BNP Paribas) in a meaningful way. Passionate about innovation, Mehdy enjoys working with impactful companies and new deeptech technologies, where he can learn alongside industry-disrupting entrepreneurs. He also embraces the opportunity to tackle a range of important issues.
Mehdy has worked on several transactions, with an M&A track record that includes Homepilot (sold to IAD) and has also raised funds for Spareka (€10m Series B). Mehdy graduated from Dauphine with a Master in Tech & Finance – 224. In his spare time, Mehdy can usually be found playing sports (climbing, biking and soccer) or video games.
