After completing an end-of-study internship with Avolta, Maxime joined the team in 2022 as an M&A and fundraising analyst. Wanting to combine a strong M&A skill set with his varied corporate finance experience in the world of tech startups, Avolta was the perfect fit for Maxime. Passionate about tech and entrepreneurship, Maxime thrives working closely with Avolta clients across a diverse range of missions and transactions.
Maxime has already worked on several major projects, including M&A transactions for Educlever (sold to Editis, Vivendi) and Habiteo (sold to Bien’ici). He has also raised funds for Deepomatic ($10m Series B) and Invers ($15m Series A). Maxime graduated emlyon business school’s Master in Management – Programme Grand Ecole. In his spare time, Maxime enjoys playing tennis and piano.
