Passionate about new businesses and innovation, Mathilde has joined Avolta to work hand in hand with founders and be part of the company’s rapid growth in the tech sector. She started in January 2023 as a Senior Analyst, working on both fundraising and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Avolta, Mathilde has worked at Impulse Corporate Finance, advising entrepreneurs on financing, transmission and growth strategy for 3 years and at Pramex International, focusing on SMEs international expansion. She worked on several transactions including fintech and SaaS and has a strong interest in BtoC technologies.

She graduated from IESEG School of Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance.In her spare time, Mathilde enjoys good food and art exhibitions.
