Aymeric joined Avolta in 2026 as an Associate, after four years in the M&A team of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, where he advised business owners on lower mid-market transactions. He has worked on 10 closed deals, with a track record that includes Atexweb (sold to Infodis, backed by HLD), Abaques Audiovisuel (sold to Incept Group, backed by Naxicap) and the LBO of Quali-Cité alongside Naxicap. He previously gained M&A experience at Lincoln International and PAX Corporate Finance, notably in TMT, as well as in private equity at Bpifrance. At Avolta, Aymeric brings his execution experience to tech founders working on growth, fundraising and exit projects. He holds an MSc in Finance and a Master in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management, following a scientific preparatory programme (MPSI/MP). In his spare time, Aymeric enjoys running, football and diving, and is a keen fan of escape games and board games.
