Ethan joined Avolta in September 2025 as a Senior Analyst, where he advises technology companies on M&A and fundraising. He enjoys working closely with founders and investors to help ambitious businesses scale and grow.
He previously gained experience in Investment Banking and Transaction Services, most recently at Seven Lakes Partners in Amsterdam, and before that in Paris at Messier & Associés, UBS, and EY. These positions allowed him to work on a variety of deals, including sell-side, buy-side, and restructuring assignments. He also gained insight into the operations of a fast-growing tech company during his experience at Click&Boat in Barcelona.
Ethan graduated from Audencia Business School’s Grande École program with a Master’s in Corporate Finance, after completing a preparatory class.
Outside of work, he is passionate about football and cycling.
